Who is behind the baking?

Hi I’m NooNoo,

Ive been baking cakes for as long as I can remember. As a child growing up in Texas, my Mom   and I would regularly bake cakes and cupcakes for the school pageant or sports day.

My love for baking has stayed with me my whole life and now I am lucky enough to be able to    share my love for American baking with the UK.
